The Manatee Hundred Club is proud to congratulate two outstanding leaders from our local law enforcement community on graduating from the 298th Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
Chief Josh Cramer of the Bradenton Police Department and Captain Andy Ramdath of the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office were among just 255 law enforcement professionals representing 26 countries, 46 states, and the District of Columbia selected to complete this internationally recognized leadership program.
The FBI National Academy is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious professional development programs in law enforcement. During the intensive ten-week course, participants receive advanced training in leadership, communications, public safety, officer wellness, and organizational management. Attendance is by invitation only and is reserved for experienced law enforcement professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and service within their agencies. On average, graduates have more than two decades of law enforcement experience and often go on to serve in senior executive leadership positions.
For Chief Cramer, graduation from the Academy reflects a continued commitment to leading the Bradenton Police Department with professionalism, innovation, and integrity. Reflecting on the experience, Chief Cramer shared that while attending the FBI National Academy was a tremendous honor, his greatest privilege has been serving the City of Bradenton for more than three decades. He also expressed gratitude to his classmates, instructors, fellow officers, city leadership, and his family for their unwavering support throughout the program.
Captain Ramdath’s graduation is equally noteworthy and represents another outstanding achievement for the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. His successful completion of the Academy demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning, leadership development, and providing the highest level of service to the citizens of Manatee County.
